Cambria Hotel Niagara Falls

An excellent hotel with a great location and spacious, beautifully designed rooms. Very clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming (we had an issue with the TV, and they immediately offered to move us to another room). The hotel has an Italian restaurant and a bar that offer a variety of dishes suitable for the whole family. Downsides: the restaurant prices are quite high, and the hotel charges $20 per day for parking.

My fiance and I stayed here for 3 nights and we LOVED it. The staff was very kind, and anytime we needed something, they would be ready to help. The rooms were nice and clean. I loved all of the storage space offered. The bathroom was quite spacious, which I appreciate as well. The location was great, just about a 10-15 min walk from the falls. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations. Overall, a great experience!

This hotel was awesome. My husband and I took a last minute trip to Niagara Falls. We drove the entire trip from Prince George’s County, Maryland. We arrived in Niagara Falls around 4 am. I read the reviews prior to coming to Niagara Falls and decided on the Cambria Hotel. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with two outstandingly pleasant women who helped us get a room. They engaged in conversations with us and told us to enjoy our stay. We slept a little and awakened well rested and ready to explore Niagara Falls. There were a new set of faces at the front desk who were also very pleasant. We were given a slip of paper that had suggestions on what to do there. My husband wasn’t feeling well so we went back to the hotel seeing another pleasant person at the desk. My husband wanted some hot tea so I went down to the front desk to ask if they had any tea and was given some pods from the delightful front desk clerk. He told me where I could find cups as well. My husband has his tea but still felt sick in the morning. We cut our stay short so that we could get home and get him well. Overall, our stay at the hotel was out of this world. The rooms was fabulous, clean, quiet and comfortable. It was like being in an apartment. The bed was awesomely comfortable. We did not hear any of the other people in the hotel. We will definitely be staying in Cambria Hotels again. Thank you for an awesome time in Niagara Falls. Herbert & Ericka Black

We’ve had an incredible experience during our second stay here, and a big part of that is thanks to the amazing front desk team. Jerry consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Lisa was also amazing, and another front desk team member, whose name I didn’t catch, was equally wonderful. Everyone at the front desk has been so welcoming. Additionally, the staff at the bar and the restaurant have been fantastic, always making sure we had a great time. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable!

Wife and I went there for our anniversary I had called to confirm the reservation happened to mention it was our anniversary and they left us a special gift. they really out did themselves everything was extremely clean, very friendly staff, within walking distance of the Falls food any souvenirs that you want they also have amazing food and drinks there. Lots of other things I can't do this place Justice it was truly amazing. To the young lady that confirmed my reservation I didn't quite catch your name but thank you very much, we had a amazing time I highly recommend trying Cambria Haotel.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very clean ... very very clean! and cool modern vibe. Price was reasonable...room was spacious and comfy. I loved the Chaise Lounge. Location is perfect! Parking is $20 but the lot was well lit and seemed secure. The young lady who checked us in was super friendly and welcoming. They have a resturant that we will definitely be trying next time. They had good options at a reasonable price. All in all we will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean and nicely situated. The beds were comfy. Lacking on selection of pillows. Very friendly front desk at night. Not as much in the morning. Don't bother with buying breakfast here. The service was nice as in friendly, but completely discombobulated. It was difficult to get coffee. They were out of things like cream cheese, ketchup. The food was mediocre. But other than that, it was a lovely stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Terrific hotel! Very modern, clean and has a joyful atmosphere. The rooms are cozy and bathrooms are well equipped. The best feature is NO CARPETS!!! Perfect for folks with airborne allergies. The first floor space, the front entrance, bar, restaurant, and check-in desk area, has an exciting vibe. Nearby, is the hotel's conference room, which accomodated, very nicely, our family reunion and game day, Buffalo Bills TV watch party. The food did not disappoint. Their pub food, pizza and wings hit the spot. The staff is very attentive to the needs of their guests. The hotel hostess went the extra mile to make our event a success. Minutes before the Bills-Bengals game kickoff, she even arranged a surprise "meet and greet" with former Buffalo Bills Wide Receiver and current NFL Analyst Stevie Johnson, who was just terrific with our family. He was available for picture taking, signed autographs and chatted it up with members of our family. All of that happened moments before he had be "in studio" to prepare for the local TV station's post game coverage. This is a really nice hotel, with a diligent staff that's committed to making your stay memorable, pleasant, and problem free. Another plus is their rates are affordable, too!
